Dear Sharon,
In January of 1977, I met Mike, when I joined him, as a fellow line manager in the Kemper Syracuse Dicision Claims office.
As Mike had been in his manager's position, since September of 1972, he took it upon himself, to provide me, with a great deal of guidance in my new role.
Over the course of the next 17 years, we generally shared adjacent offices, & often collaborated on various projects. When we worked together, Mike would always go the extra distance, to make sure that all issues were thoroughly addressed.
Mike was a great co-worker & friend: his passing has created a void in many peoples' lives, & Vicki & I, shall miss him.
Our thoughts & sympathies are with you & your family.
