Things I will Miss about Bill Schafer... His warm friendly smile. A wave as we would pass on the street Offers of assistance, be it with a small repair around the house or trying to be a role model for my son, who lost his father in 2001. He did this in various ways such as helping him build a work bench in the garage. A cheerful greeting of Good Morning over the fence that separates our yards. Conversations about this world we live in and how it affects our kids. His presence - He was always there and Gardners Court will not be the same without him. My sincere condolences to you Pam, Elizabeth, and Will. If there is anything I can do to help you, please do not hesitate to ask. The days/weeks/months ahead will be difficult ones, as I know from experience. My advice to you all is don't be afraid to cry; support each other; lean on each other and pull together - you will find strength you never knew you had; PRAY FOR COURAGE AND STRENGTH to get through each day - God knows your sorrow and He has not abandoned you. Thoughts and Prayers are with you,
Sherri Gilby
