I wish to express my condolences to the family of Wilma Outersky. I worked with your mom, grandmother, great- grandmother at Edna Mahan Correctional Facility. She was always a strong and motivated woman who I admired from the first time is met her. She pathed the way for so many of us females in the department showing us that, yes , you can be a leader and take it all the way to the top. I pray that God will bless her and that he will strengthen you during this difficult time. She has touched so many of our lives and she will be missed.
