Cathy, I am in shock.. Susan and I are finding it hard to believe that John has left us. I truly mourn his passing. A good man, both on and off the fire scene. A true brother in the fire service.
My favorite story about John was the one he told about when he was jogging Meadow Breeze and was being shadowed by Doc Wasser's pig. I still relate that story; but no one could tell it like John.
Cathy, may the Lord bless you and the children with comfort and peace now and in the years ahead.
I'm writing this Cathy with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart.
