My deepest sympathy goes out to the Cavitch family. Charlene was a dear friend. My first memory of her was at Christmas time when my daughter was just a year old. We were visiting them and Charlene took a little sock angle that she had made off of their Christmas tree and presented it to my little girl. That was over 40 years ago and we still have it. She loved children and had a beautiful heart. She will be missed.

Charlene was one of the first kind people that I met as a new resident to the Washington Community in 1972. She offered me some direction and tips for me and my family, and told me about activities for my children. Over the years we would see each other at various sporting events that our children were involved in and our oldest daughters, Michelle and Bridgette, became good friends. We would talk and laugh when we met but I regret not becoming better friends because I am sure she could have enriched my life, and that of my family even greater. Perhaps I too, could have added a bit of enrichment to hers as well. Her family has experienced a great loss, as has her community. Condolences to both. Judy DePalma

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Cavitch’s passing. I’ve known her for a long time through Michael and Kelli, but over the last years I got to work with her and the WT Senior Club at Warren Haven. She was such a special lady… sending hugs and thinking of everyone at this difficult time.

My condolences to the family. I remember her cheerful and inviting personality well mostly from back in the 80's when I went to the Warren Hills HS with Kelli from my class, and Mike a couple years behind. RIP Mrs Cavitch.

Dear Shelli, Rich and family,
We are deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved mother and grandmother. I enjoyed talking with her at Alyssa’s wedding. Charlene always had a beautiful smile and a sparkle in her eyes.
May your many memories of her bring you comfort and may she rest in eternal peace in the arms of the Lord
Love, Tom, Kathy and family

My deepest sympathy to the Cavitch family on the loss of Charlene.
I grew up across the street from her and Mickey and would occasionally babysit for them.
I would love running into her at the Shoprite, or Habitat. Her smile would light up a room and her laugh was one of a kind.
I pray that all of your loving memories help you thru the sad days.
May your beautiful and loving mother, wife. Grandmother, and sister rest in eternal peace.
