Jeff, where do I begin to let you know all the love I have for you. You were the sweetest most lovable little boy. You were such a happy teenager and always had so much fun. You grew into such a strong confident hard working man. You then became a father to sweet Rocco. You were the best dad you were allowed to be.
Hard times and tribulations fell upon all of us yet you persevered and stood strong. You have been a wonderful son to me and a loving brother to Michele and Greg. An awesome uncle to Lydia and Landon. They adored you with all their heart.
Then came the awful day when you were taken away from all of us. Your young life cut way too short, way too soon. My prayer that day was for you to please wake up and tell me you were ok and that you loved me.
I hold onto the times we spent together having wonderful talks about all sorts of topics. The last night I saw you, you were on your way to Michele’s to watch Lydia and Landon. I will never forget the wonderful hug you gave me as you walked out the door and of course saying “I love you mom. See you in the morning.” That morning never came and no mornings were to ever be again.
I can’t express how heartbroken I am. There aren’t any words to express how I feel in my heart. I know I’ll never be the same without you Jeff.
I love you Jeff! Until we meet again.....
Love, Mom

I will always remember all of the fun we had together, the inside jokes and picking on Michele with you.
I feel empty knowing you are gone and can't describe the love I have for you. I know you are with dad looking at all of us and watching out for us. You taught me the meaning of Grit and I will forever be envious of your ability to put smiles on others faces regardless of the things you were facing.
I will forever have you in my heart and mind.
Until we see each other again.
I love you little bro.

I wish we could go back in time Jeff to all the summers, school vacations that you spent with us at our house in Freehold. The time Greg busted the little pool and Jen was saved by you and Matthew. Uncle Tony was not very happy, but we talk about it now and we both laugh! We enjoyed all the time you have spent with our family, all you wanted was to have fun! One story that I still remember when you were living with us for 2 years was you were going to Freehold HS and your gym teacher called to let me know That you weren’t prepared for gym because “ my Aunt Sue didn’t wash my gym clothes! Well I and your gym teacher laughed. I have never regretted any of the things we have done for you, it was all to show you were considered a part of our family and I would not change that for the world! Love you Jeff keep fishing up in heaven with your Dad and Papa Bob. As Michele said in her tribute to you, you were a pain in the butt at times, but that didn’t change how much we loved you. Love you, Your Aunt Sue

You Never Said GoodBye
You never said I’m leaving,
You never said goodbye.
You were gone before I knew it,
And only God Knew why.
A million times I needed you,
A million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place,
That no one could ever fill.
It broke my heart to lose you,
But you didn’t go alone.
For part of me went with you,
The day God took you home.

I’ll miss you forever and always my brother, my friend. You were such a pain in the butt but I loved you just as much as you loved me. I lost one of the most important people in my life and in Lydia and Landon’s lives. All I can do is hope you are up there with Dad and Papa Bob fishing and watching down on us all. I love you

I met Jeff and Darla when they moved into Key By The Sea Condo shortly after Irma. I was so looking forward to his return as he had said he would be back. I will forever remember his infectious laugh and his true kindness. The way he treated Darla was a testament to his wonderful heart. I will never forget him. May his family be blessed and find comfort in these words.

To each and every one of the extended Ursino family, from son Rocco to Great-Grandmother, Lorraine,
Brian and I hold you in our hearts and prayers.
When the tumultuous storm clouds of grief and loss begin to settle in our hearts over the loss of Jeffrey's Presence on this place called Planet Earth...may only memories of loving appreciation fill those broken spaces.
Wherever Jeffrey is...GOD is...and all is Peace.

For years, the riverbank was where
Your soul felt most at peace
Your heart was most content when there
With the fish and the geese
But then, your spirit came to rest
Where angels chose to roam
And once equipped with ten pound test
You made yourself at home.
The sky became your deep blue sea
The clouds became your shore
And there, for all eternity
You sat with friends galore
Each angel was a fisherman
Who had traded his pole
For golden wings and a game plan
At Heaven’s Fishing Hole.
The tales you told about each catch
Its stature and its girth
Will live in memories unmatched
As days pass here on earth
Until we meet again, one day
Upon God’s golden sand
We’ll picture you, no other way
Than with a pole in hand.
We'll miss you Jeff.
Love, Mealy Worm, Kait and Nora
