Obituary of Gary Lee Wiseburn

Gary Lee Wiseburn, 67, a lifelong resident of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on October 8, 2019 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital.

Gary was born in Camp Atterbury IN on September 27, 1952 to the late Roy and Joan (Hill) Wiseburn.

Gary graduated from Warren Hills Reginal high school class of 1970 and attended William Penn University in Oskaloosa, IA. He was employed as a linemen for United Telephone and Sprint for more than 33 years until his retirement in 2003. Gary was an avid fishermen, trapper and hunter, belonging to "Big Buck Club of Maine". He was a fan of the NY Jets, Boston Red Sox and Phantoms hockey team. Gary could be found any afternoon at Guys Services Station visiting with friends. He loved playing with his granddaughters and mowing his lawn.

Gary is survived by his high school sweetheart, Cynthia Wiseburn. His daughter, Jamie Diaz and her husband Gary. His son, Gregg Wiseburn. A sister, Karen Mazza and her husband Michael. Three granddaughters, Penelope, Daphne and Tabitha Diaz.

Family and friend may pay their respects on Sunday October 13, 2019 from 4-8 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will be celebrated on Monday October 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Gary's name to Washington Celebrates America.
