Obituary of David S Molion

David Samuel Molion Sr., 77, of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully on September 20, 2019 at St. Luke’s Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ with his loving family by his side.

David was born on October 26, 1941 in Canada.  He met the love of his life Joan Ann Awe at the age of 14 and knew even at that young age he would marry her someday.   David was employed as a truck driver until his retirement in 2004.  He was a quiet man who mostly kept to himself.  He will be remembered as a very intelligent man who loved his family.   In his youth, David played hockey for the NY Rangers farm club.  He was an animal lover, particularly dogs.   He enjoyed going to car shows and watching Turner Classic Movies.  Perry Mason and Leave it to Beaver was among his favorite shows.  Above all he loved his family and treasured every moment spent with them.  He will be sadly missed.

He is survived by his loving children; David and his wife Sheri, Gerard and his wife Stephanie, William and his wife Jody, Jodi Lynn and her husband Lou, Joanne and her better half Jen and Kevin and his wife Maura; his adored grandchildren; Nicholas and his wife Amanda, Alexia and her husband Justin, Chelsea, Ryan, Kayleen, Diandra, Shawn, Natalie, Brittany, Alexander, Gavin, Nolan and Jonathon and his wife Rhea;  His great-grandchildren; Grayson and Beatrix

A celebration celebrating David’s life will be held at a later date. 


Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
