Ken was my accountant for over 10 years and our relationship extended beyond just financials. We often discussed our hopes and dreams for the future, particularly for our children. We discussed Montana and his love of Boise State. He spoke lovingly of his family (whom I've never met). He was always available for a quick chat and a helping hand. Ken was truly one of the good guys. I will miss his counsel and his friendship. Rest in peace, Ken.

My heart aches for all of you. I never met Ken but Laura spoke with so much love when she talked about him and how he was such a wonderful husband and dad. She talked about their dreams of retiring and how much he loved to hike. She told me he would give anyone the shirt off his back - always helping others. I wish I had the chance to meet him. My sincere condolences - may his memory be a blessing.

I had the privilege of meeting Ken when I worked as a temp during two tax seasons and sat just outside Ken's office. We had many great conversations during that time about his children, his motorcycle trips, helping his parents, etc. It was clear that he absolutely adored his children and had a real zest for life. May God bless the entire Lang family during this heartbreaking time. While Ken may not be here physically, I have no doubt that he will still be looking after his family from the other side.

We worked together for only a couple of years. It was great to share a laugh and a chuckle with you around the office. My condolences go out to your family. What a great, great guy. Rest in peace my friend.

I had the opportunity to intern at Withum this past winter and I worked on many tax returns for Ken. Although all the Partners at Withum were very welcoming, I was always a little intimidated handing in returns as just a young intern who was still learning. One day I went to hand in a finished return to Ken. I was having a rough week and was feeling pretty stressed and overwhelmed with school work, my internship, and other matters. When I got to Ken's office he paused and looked at me. I got really nervous, but he smiled and said something along the lines of "You're always smiling and always so cheerful. It's nice when you stop by." Hearing that from him made me feel like everything was going to be okay. It was the sense of relief that I needed. I loved stopping by Ken's office. He always took the time to explain anything I was uncertain of. It was only a short amount of time that I was there for my internship, but I feel so lucky to have worked so closely with him. He will definitely be missed.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear Mr. Lang. The God of heavens shares your loss (Ezekiel 18:32). He promises to return him to life again (Hosea 13:14). He will be young and in perfect health (Job 33:25). Jesus taught us to pray for that wonderful future at Matthew 6:9-10. The free website, JW.ORG, has been my guide to Bible verses on comfort and hope over the years. It is my sincere wish that you will find it useful as well. My heartfelt condolences to all of you. Philippians 4:6-7. Psalm 37:11, 29.
