Obituary of Richard W Warnkin

Richard W. Warnkin, 83, a lifelong resident of Washington Township, passed away on January 21, 2018 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital.

Born on July 26, 1934 in Franklin Twp, PA to the late Thomas and Pauline Warnkin.

Dick graduated from Washington High School class of 1952. He served in the US Army National Guard during the Korean War. Dick owned and operated Warnkin Excavating for more than 50 years, retiring in 2005. He was a licensed private piolet and owned his own plane. He also enjoyed target shooting.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Dawn Chuddley and her husband Fred, Denise Collier and her husband Robert, Janis Kels and her husband Kyle. Sisters, Linda Packard and her husband David and Tina Warnkin Best. Brothers, Thomas Warnkin and Terry Warnkin. 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. Dick was preceded in death by a brother Delbert.
