Obituary of Frank Geraci

Frank Geraci, 83, previously of Easton, and for the past three years of Belvidere, NJ, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Saturday, December 15, 2007. Born: April 13, 1924 in Sicily, he was a son of the late Charles and Angela Geraci. Personal: Frank was employed in the textile industry most of his life. He worked for Brass Castle Prints and Northern Dye Co. in Washington, NJ and retired from Blue Ridge Winkler Co. in Bangor. Frank was educated in Italy and served in the Italian army during World War II, later becoming a POW. Frank enjoyed gardening and he loved to sing. Memberships: He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Easton. Survivors: A daughter, Maria Gurarriello and her husband Mario of Belvidere, a son, Charles Geraci and his wife Janette in California; two sisters; five grandchildren, Austin, Avery, Jasmine, Mario III and Marissa. He was predeceased by his brother Filipe and sister Angelina. Services: A visitation will be held Monday (today) from 9 a.m. until time of service in Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ. The service will be held at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Father Anthony Sirianni officiating. Burial will be in Summerfield Cemetery.
