Obituary of Irene J. Gorga

Irene J. Gorga, 78, of Washington, NJ, and formerly of Hillside, died Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Lopatcong Care Center. Born: On September 18, 1929, in Hillside, NJ, was a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Pustai. Personal: Her husband, Richard, died in 2006.Irene worked as a packer at America National Can Co. in Washington, NJ. She was employed there for 25 years and retired in 1988. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Memberships: Irene was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington, NJ. Survivors: She is survived by two sons, Gerald and his wife Valerie of Easton, Pennsylvania and Robert and his wife Mary of Davis, California; a sister, Dorothy Copio of Manahawkin, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Shannon, Ashley, Raphael, and two great-grandchildren, Taylor and Addyson. In addition to her husband, a brother, Stephen Beacher, and four sisters, Dolores Floey, Mary Haribin, Francis Gazek and Ann Hiross, all died earlier.
