You started out as a neighbour and ended up as part of our family. We are going to miss your loud and obnoxious ways but at the same time being so funny and sweet that you just couldn't help but laugh. You were so lonely for companionship but as far as friends go, you had many who loved you for who you were. We had alot of fun and laughs and we are going to miss you so much but you are finally at peace with your mom and dad that you missed so much.
God Bless You, Sis J

I have known Paulie for only a short time. In that time, I have known him to be so funny and loving. My wife Diana and her family introduced me to Paulie when I became a part of their family. I am in Afghanistan right now , but when I came home for two weeks Paulie was waiting at the airport for me to come home!! He was so happy and proud. I was surprised and happy to see him. He always spoiled my wife and cared for her greatly. Paulie lived EVERY day to the fullest. He told me " Jared, you are her knight in shining armor..." That is just the sort of thing that Paulie was always coming up with. I am so saddened to hear of Paulie's passing, especially since I cannot be there for anyone since I am stuck in this warzone. I know that Paulie is in a better place and he will be consistently watching over the one's that he loved. My greatest condolences go out to the family and friends that loved Paulie. SGT Jared Schneider. Friend and Brother to one of the greatest guys.

It is with deepest sympathy I am sending my condolences. Paulie was a dear friend, more than a friend, he was family to me. He will deeply missed for his friendship, compassion and love. The short time knowing him has been a blessing. I will always remember him for everything he did for me and for my family, we were always treated like family by him. Paul Mourry

When all the world is looming dark
And things seem not so clear,
When shadows seem to hover 'round
Lord, may I persevere.
When it seems everything's been tried
And there's no way to go,
Just let me keep remembering
Sometimes the journey's slow.
I may just need to stop and rest
Along the path I trod,
A time to try to understand
And have my talk with God.
As I gain new strength to carry on
Without a doubt or fear,
Somehow I know things will be right,
And so, I persevere.
My deepest deepest sympathy
To the Definis family.
Paul was a fine Man and
Will be missed so much.
May God's Love and Peace Surround The Definis Family Always.
