Obituary of Elizabeth J Stasyshyn
Elizabeth "Betty" Stasyshyn, 84, passed away peacefully at home in Hampton surrounded by her family on February 16, 2015.
Born May 10, 1930 in Montana Mountain of Harmony Twp, NJ to the late Charles and Charlotte Richline.
Betty attended from Belvidere high school and also attended Churchman's business school. Early in life she worked at the Hosiery Mill in Washington, Mount Kipp in Glen Gardner and the State School in Clinton before marrying the love of her life John, they celebrated 60 years of marriage before his passing in 2012. Betty was a member of the Montana Mountain Methodist Church. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and crafts. She loved going to flea markets and shopping with her mother and especially loved baking cookies.
Survivors: Betty is survived by two caring sons, John G. Stasyshyn of Hampton, and Joseph C. Stasyshyn and his wife, Dolores, of Hampton; three grandchildren, Christopher William Stasyshyn, Hank Snow Stasyshyn and Amanda Lyn Stasyshyn.
Services: Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 9-11:00 AM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Avenue, Washington, NJ 07882 Funeral Service will immediately follow visitation at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Scott officiating. Burial will take place in St Ann's parish cemetery in Hampton, NJ. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
