Obituary of Elaine M. Tremaine

Elaine M. Tremaine 78, of Stewartsville, formally of North Plainfield, NJ entered into eternal peace on 3rd day of April, 2014 in Lopatcong Care Center with her family by her side. Born: on November 6, 1935 in Cranford, NJ to the late Christian and May (Moore) Kroener. Personal: Elaine graduated from North Plainfield high school class of 1953. She worked as a supervisor of residential services for the Developmental Center in Clinton, NJ. Retiring in 2001. She was married to the late Edward A. Koss Sr. and then to the late Robert J. Tremaine. Elaine was a den mother for cub scouts, had belonged to a pistol league & bowling league, also had showed poodles.She loved dogs, cats & monkies, gardening and her flowers. Elaine will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Survivors: Her loving daughter Robin May and her husband Philip; five sons Edward A. Koss,Jr and his wife Alice, Scott V. Koss, Alan W. Koss and his wife Tracey, Kenneth Tremaine and his wife Janet, and Donald Tremaine and his wife Julie; a sister Barbara Minner; 7 grandchildren Edward A. Koss III. and his wife Nicole, Jeffery Koss, Christopher Koss, Michael Koss, Christina Tremaine, Melissa Tremaine and Matthew Tremaine. Elaine was predeceased in death by her two husbands, four sisters and three brothers. Services: Friends and family may call on Saturday April 12, 2014 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
