Obituary of Willard Freeman

Willard Larry Freeman , 76 of Washington, passed away peacefully at his home on July 14th, 2014, with his wife, children and grandchildren by his side. Born: Larry was born in Easton, PA on October 4th. A son of the late Willard & Florence Freeman. He married his wife Donna in July of 1962. Personal: Larry retired from Warren Hills Regional Board of Education in 2000. He was a very generous and caring person. He would give you the shirt off his back as long as it wasn't his Eagles jersey. Larry was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He enjoyed going to Atlantic City Casinos and The Sands Casino in PA. He always came back a winner. He loved his music; doo-wops, oldies, just about anything. Over the years he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and taking weekend drives and trips with his wife, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Larry also loved to watch golf and the 'old time' Western's. Survivors: Larry will be lovingly remembered by his wife Donna, 4 children; Larry Freeman and his wife DonaRae, Tim Freeman, Marie Bonilla, Linda Tomisser and her husband Jim, 4 grandchildren; Kyle Freeman, Aida Bonilla, Brandon Bonilla, and Timothy Freeman, 4 siblings; Thomas VanHorn, Richard Freeman, Shirley Ann Coleman, and Debra Franklin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday July 17, 2014 from 6-9 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave, Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday July 18, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the Mt. Pisgah A.M.E. Church on 169 N. Lincoln Ave, Washington NJ. Interment will be held at Washington Cemetery. The family extends their deep gratitude and thanks to the family, friends and neighbors who helped Larry and his family during last few months. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
