It is with a sincerely sadden heart that I offer my condolences to Frank's family. As a boy growing up in Washington, I remember Frank as a star baseball player in my little boy eyes. As a man, I looked up to Frank for the man he was. Frank was a fine man and dedicated to his beloved Dorothy, his daughters and family. I have been privileged in my lifetime to have known such a fine man and family. I had the privilege of knowing Dorothy and many of Frank's siblings. My life has been far richer for having the honor of knowing a loving couple such as Frank and Dorothy. The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
