Annie "Laurie" Terminelli, aged 83, of Boca Raton, FL, and previously of Washington, NJ, left this world unexpectedly on October 3, 2023, while exploring the wonders of Egypt on a Holy Land tour. Born on July 6, 1940, in McBee, South Carolina, Laurie was the cherished daughter of the late Payton Alexander Gainey and Janie Elizabeth Cain Gainey. She achieved her high school diploma from Miami Jackson High School, graduating with the Class of 1958. She was deeply involved with Saint Joan of Arc in Boca Raton, FL, particularly in their care ministry. Laurie was a traveler at heart, a true adventurer, and she cherished the moments spent with her family, friends, and her beloved Yorkie, Lily.
