Andrew is the love of my life. We met four years ago and instantly everything was brighter, happier, full of laughter. We would spend our Saturday evenings walking around classic car shows, looking at the Monte's and the Cadillacs among his other favorite cars or we would hit up a thrift store to find some fantastic 80s shirt or old man sweater to wear as we affectionately called them. His knowledge of all things horrible 80s movie was second to none and that love and appreciation for those horrible classics rubbed off on me. He adored his cat Stella or Belly as he would often call her and while he would never admit it publicly, he liked our other two cats Birdie and Bubbs. Before car show season would start, I could pull him away and go frolicking or galivanting around looking for antique stores to find new weird decor or more vinyl to add to our collection; even convincing him to go to some artsy community festivals too that he secretly loved. Andrew put me before him. He always made sure I was taken care of before himself. He was truly amazing, and giving, and albeit stubborn at times but that's who he was. My life is forever changed because I knew him and was lucky enough to be loved by him. I miss you so much, until we meet again my love.

Andy, you cared so deeply for the people you loved. This world is a bit darker without your light in it. I pray Gods peace and comfort over your family .

Andy was my best friend for many years when we were kids. We lost touch over the years but he's probably the best and most enjoyable friend I ever had. We had fun and made the best of whatever situation we were in. (And we got into some situations as teenagers!) I could always count on time spent with Andy to be care free and full of laughter. Before we were old enough to drive we would walk everywhere together sometimes "riding invisible horses" down the sidewalk of main street just for fun. In the fall I remember one walk in particular 20 years later like it was just yesterday. We chose to walk home insted of getting a ride to my house that was 5 miles away on a dirt road. The leaves were falling and we twirled and skipped happily the whole way while shouting "catch one!" everytime one of us caught one. Years went by as we grew up and we lost touch but I never found a friend I enjoyed spending time with like I did Andy :./
