Obituary of Francesca D Deza

Francesca D. Deza, 78 of Franklin Township, NJ passed away peacefully on August 17, 2023 at the Country Arch Care Center in Pittstown, NJ. Francesca was born on October 2, 1944 in Calabria, Italy to the late Jose Cerbelli and Maria Ponticello Cerbelli. She grew up in Argentina, and spent her adult life in USA. Devoted wife for 54 years, doting mother and grandmother, strong through life's adversities with a smile on her face, and always true to herself. She was a great seamstress, and had tremendous culinary talent. She was employed by A&P food stores in the deli department and McDonalds. She was a skilled cook who enjoyed feeding friends and family, talking to people, and making new friends. Francesca is survived by a sister, Silvana Cerbelli; brothers, Angel Cerbelli and Tomas Cerbelli; grandsons George and James Deza; daughter In-law, Susana Chiu. Francesca was preceded in death by her husband Jorge Deza Sr. and a son, Jorge Deza Jr. She will be greatly missed by grandchildren, family and friends.
