Obituary of Vivian T Hickey

Vivian Hickey of Belvidere, NJ passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 28, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospital. Vivian was born on December 26, 1931, in Scranton, PA to the late Frank and Rena Vives. Vivian loved her family and friends and would light up a room with her laughter, smile, and grace. She was a graduate of Scranton Central High School. With her first husband Jack she raised four children in Randolph NJ before moving to Elmhurst PA. Later in life she married Joe Hickey and moved to Flemington NJ, and then Brookfield Estates in Belvidere NJ, where she was active doing the things she loved most; everywhere making new friends. She enjoyed playing cards and board games and was a member of the book club. She and Joe spent winters in Venice FL on the Gulf Coast for many years. Most of all she loved being home with her children and grandchildren. This world, and everyone she touched, will deeply miss her. Vivian is survived by her children, John Fedo and his wife Kathy, Linda Fedo, Richard Fedo and Lori Donnelly and her husband Chris and her loving grandchildren, Sean, Hannah, Peter, Brittany, and Michael, as well as great grandchildren. She also leaves behind her brother Frank Vives, his wife Cathy, many cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her first husband, John (Jack) Fedo who passed in 1976 and her second husband, Joseph Hickey who passed in 2021. A memorial mass will take place on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, 327 Greenwich St, Belvidere, NJ 07823. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Scranton, PA. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
