Obituary of Chad M Mayberry

Chad M. Mayberry, 50, of Hampton, NJ passed away suddenly on April 15th, 2022, at Hunterdon Medical Center. Chad was born May 14th, 1971, in Phillipsburg, NJ to Clark Mayberry and the late Kathleen “Dans” Mayberry. Chad attended Warren Hills High School and lived in Washington until he moved to Hampton where he was a resident for over 30 years. Chad was a dedicated lifelong employee of CH Paving where he served as the backbone of the company since he was a teenager. He was an active member of The Hampton Boro Fire Co where he also served as Trustee and was one of their primary cooks for all of their breakfasts. Chad was referred to as Mr. Dependable by the fire chief, Rick Allen. Chad enjoyed spending time with his fiancée, daughter, and father feeding the wildlife and forever working in their yard. He also had a love of riding motorcycles. Chad will always be remembered for his infectious laugh and smile. Chad is survived by his devoted fiancée Jennifer Smith, their loving daughter Violet Mayberry, his father Clark Mayberry, a sister Kristine Manley and her husband Leon as well as many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to that, he leaves behind many good friends, his paving family, and his brothers and sisters at The Hampton Fire Co. Chad was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Mayberry, and his brother, Greg Mayberry. A Memorial Service celebrating Chad’s life will be held at a later date.
