Pence A. Ziegler, 69, passed away at his home in Franklin Township on April 7, 2022 surrounded by his family. Pence was born on July 27, 1952 in Phillipsburg, NJ to the late Leonard and Edna "Damilio" Ziegler. Pence was a 1970 graduate from Warren Hills High School. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was also a past Franklin Township Committeeman, serving as Deputy Mayor. Pence loved to travel and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
