Obituary of Leonides Martinez Rosado
Leonides "Leo" Rosado, 100, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2020 at AdventHealth Medical Center in Orange City, FL.
Leo was born on March 14, 1920 in Manati, Puerto Rico to the late Eugenio Martinez and Lao Rosado. Leo was formerly of Glen Gardner, NJ and Bethlehem, PA before moving to Orange City, Fl 2 years ago. He was a self-employed contractor for many years prior to his retirement. Leo built many homes in the Hunterdon and Warren County area and was a volunteer firefighter with the town of Glen Gardner. He was a member of The Glen Gardner Town Council for many years. He was a member of the VFW 5119 of Glen Gardner for many years. Leo was an honest man with a very big heart and touched the lives of many people in Glen Gardner. He was loved by many.
Leo is survived by his sister, Andrea Martinez, granddaughter, Katherine Martinez and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday September 28, 2020 from 9-10:30 AM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
Graveside services will follow at 11:00 AM at the Musconetcong Valley Cemetery in Hampton, NJ.
