Obituary of William Seckinger
William "Glenn" Seckinger, 61, of Washington, NJ and formerly of Hackettstown and Hopatcong, NJ passed away on June 12, 2020 at his home in Washington, NJ.
Glenn was born on May 2, 1959 in Chatham, Georgia to the late William and Lucille "Luce" Seckinger.
Glenn grew up in Savanah Georgia, where he graduated from the Bible Baptist High School. He then went on to obtain his I.T. Degree from the Savanah Technical College. Glenn worked as a Paramedic for Medstar in Savanah, GA before moving to NJ. He enjoyed going to the area Antique Car shows, especially the Chatter Box in Augusta, NJ. Glenn won many awards with his antique truck and his beautiful 1965 Buick Skylark convertible. Glenn enjoyed collecting antiques and also playing games on the computer. He was known by those who knew him for his generosity and compassion toward others. Glenn will be missed by all who knew him.
Glenn is survived by his loving partner of 16 years to whom he married in 2014, John Brooks. He also leaves behind his aunt Priscilla "Priss" of GA.

A memorial visitation celebrating Glenn's life will take place on Saturday June 27, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, immediately followed by a memorial service from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 W. Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
