Both myself John Curtin and my wife Diane will miss Frank and his unique personality, gruff on the outside and kind where it counts on the inside. The Phillipsburg Pistol Club has lost a great friend and champion of our sport and a Great supporter of the Scout Troop I also belong to BSA T62 of Flemington NJ. To Frank thanks so much for the fond memories, To Franks family Thank You for sharing someone who will be cherished for a long time to come.
