Having worked with Doby at Roche-Belvidere for several years, I came to enjoy his friendly, enthusiastic attitude and learned from his work ethic. My condolences to Roy’s family. I worked in maintenance at Roche Belvedere. We both had our demons to wrestle with. I only wish I that I could have helped him more back in the day.
