Obituary of Margaret M Royer

Margaret M. Royer, 76, of Washington, NJ was called home to God peacefully with her family by her side at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, NJ. Margaret was born in Longford, Ireland on April 24, 1940 to the late Lawrence and Rose Gray. Margaret attend school in Ireland before coming to the United States in 1957. She worked as a seamstress for Singer Sewing and Vacuum Co in Hackettstown, NJ before retiring in 2000. Margaret was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Washington. She was a devout Catholic. Margaret enjoyed sewing, upholstery and was a very talented crafter. She was full of life and sharp witted until the end just as family and friends expected. She cherished time spent with her family especially her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by 3 daughters; Dena Robertson and her fianc? Jay Stoltzfus, Denise Freeman, Barbara Marsillo and her husband Joseph; A son Kenneth and his wife Marlene. 10 Grandchildren Kyle, Cassandra, Kira, Joseph, Dalton, Shannon, John, Daniel, Kiersten and Sadie. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Carl Royer and a sister RoseAnn Penn. Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday October 9, 2016 from 1-3 & 6-8 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday October 10, 2016 at 10:30 AM at St. Joseph Church. 200 Carlton Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.
