Obituary of Alvita A Ayers

Alvita was born on November 12, 1957 in Yuma, Arizona to the late Charles T. Ayers Sr. and Jacqueline Groves Ayers. She was christened in her family church of Mt. Pisgah AME in Washington, NJ. She was a graduate of Warren Hills Regional High School and received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Howard University in Washington DC. Alvita started her banking career as a credit analyst traveling all around the world with Chase Manhattan Bank. And was employed as the Vice President SBA Manager at Unity Bank in Clinton, NJ. Alvita was a loving mother who enjoyed traveling, cooking, music and trips to the beach with her family. Alvita is survived by her children, Antonay Wright and Ammanuel Wright; her brother Sidney Ayers; nieces Renee Ayers Taylor and Kharizzma Ayers; nephews Karl Pittman and Andre Ayers. And her great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Alvita was preceded in death by her brother Charles T. Ayers Jr. and her daughter Anita Joy Wright. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday August 5, 2023 from 10 AM – 12PM at the Faith Discovery Church. 33 Brass Castle Rd. Washington, NJ 07882. A funeral service celebrating Alvita's life will begin at 12:00 PM at the church. Interment will follow at Washington Cemetery. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Hills Memorial Home.
