Obituary of Linda S Arico

Linda S. Ward-Arico, 57, of Oxford, NJ earned her angel wings on May 15, 2019 surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous 3-year battle with ovarian cancer. Born on May 16, 1961 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Glenn and Marilyn Singer. Linda grew up in Piscataway, NJ and graduated from Piscataway High School class of 1980. She worked for A M Best in Oldwick, NJ and Thales Avionics, Edison, NJ in accounts payable. Linda was a member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Washington serving and volunteering as Warden, Eucharistic Minister and Sunday school teacher. She loved gardening and enjoyed cooking crafting, sewing, hosting holidays in her home, camping and the outdoors. She cherished time spent with her family especially her grandsons. She was exceedingly generous and loved doing for others. She is predeceased by her first husband Brendan Ward. She is survived by her loving family: her husband James, her daughter Rebecca (Keith) Wiley, her son Patrick (Andrea) Ward, her stepchildren Megan Arico-Ellis, Lauren Arico, Stephen Arico, her grandsons Jeremiah and Maxwell Wiley, her brothers Glenn (Alice) Singer, Fred Singer, Jeff (Carol) Singer, her sister Lori (Sal) Vitello, her Aunt Louise Lowe, and many nieces and nephews. Linda requested that anyone attending her funeral or viewing please wear cheerfully colored clothing. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday May 20, 2019 from 4-8 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
