Obituary of David P Hockenbury

David P. Hockenbury, 58, of Washington, NJ passed away suddenly on March 18, 2019 at Grand View hospital in Sellersville, PA.

David was born on January 19, 1961 in Raritan Township, NJ to the late Arthur and Marie Hockenbury.

David graduated from North Hunterdon high school class of 1979. He married the love of his life Beverly “Rauf” Hockenbury that same year. He grew up in Glen Gardner, NJ before moving to Washington. Dave worked as a Warehouse manager for ABC Supply in Souderton, PA. He was a past member of the Glen Gardner Fire Department. He enjoyed working in his yard and bowling and traveling with his wife and friends. He was a NASCAR fan and Philadelphia Eagles Fan. His devotion was to his family especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife, of 40 years Beverly: Daughters, Heather Cole and her husband Daryle, Amy Geisel and her husband Scott; Brothers, Arthur Hockenbury and Raymond Hockenbury; Grandchildren, Hannah, Scott Jr., Mackenzie and Mason.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday March 21, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday March 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral Home. Interment will follow at Belvidere Cemetery.
