Dear Flossie & Family:
Words cannot express how sorry we are. Jim will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. He was a very caring and giving guy who could always make us smile and laugh. Although our St. Joseph Parish Family has lost a dear friend, Heaven has gained a wonderful soul! We pray for him as we do for you and your family. God bless!

As a student at Brass Castle School in the sixties I have many memories of Mr. Noctor. He was a good teacher with a ready laugh, and certainly leaves a legacy in the students he taught over the years. He also gave me my first baby-sitting job, so I was able to see what a joy his family was to him. My thoughts and prayers are with them.

Dick Dougherty recently informed me about Jim's passing. Although I can not remember the years, there was a time when I served as Jim's principal in East Windsor. If you ever wanted a straight answer, Jim had it! He also was one of the really nicest persons I have known. I feel for you since I lost my wife 5 years ago. We only made it to our 47th wedding anniversary. It leaves a big gap but somehow we move on. My best wishes to you and your family.
