Obituary of Theodore P. Latsch

Theodore 'Pappy' Latsch, 79 of Washington Borough, NJ, died at home suddenly, after enjoying a day of golf with friends, on Thursday September 24, 2009. Ted was born in Emmaus, PA, to Henry and Christine (Binder) Latsch and moved to Belvidere 43 years ago. Ted was a peacetime veteran of the USAF. He retired as a packer in 1995 after over 30 years with Wonder Bread. Ted was known for his love of the links and could regularly be found at Fairview Golf Course. He was preceded in death by his sisters: Margaret, Anna and Jenny and was survived by: his wife of 56 years, Eleanor May Snyder; his 3 sons: David and wife Lisa of Galloway, NJ, Keith of Myrtle Beach, SC and Kevin and wife Janet of Alpha, NJ; his sister, Virginia Markle of Emmaus, PA; 5 grandchildren: Brian, Rebekah, David Jr, Bethany and Lindsay and 3 great-grandchildren: Alexis, Molly and Anna. To honor his wishes, arrangements were handled privately. The family greatly appreciates memorials to St Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
