Obituary of Charles Nunn IV

Charles Nunn IV "Fuzzy", age 73 of Washington, NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

Born on April 8, 1951. Fuzzy was the son of the late Shirley Nunn

Fuzzy was employed at the Lebanon Township D.P.W. as a heavy equipment operator before retiring in 2016.

Fuzzy survived by mother of children Nancy Fox, three children John Nunn Sr. wife Tammy, Brian Nunn wife Tina and Melissa Burd fiancée Vinnie and son in law Guy Burd Jr. Stepson Robbie Beers wife Linda Stepdaughter Amanda husband Rob Deemer; Grandchildren – John Jr., Jimmy, Paige, Tyler, Becky, Cassie, Matt and Meghan, 14 great grandchildren and 5 step great grandchildren.  He also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews.

Fuzzy was one of five siblings. Brother Robert "Dink", William "Bill" and sisters Sara "Sam" and Robin

Fuzzy was predeceased by a brother Michael "Mike" and wife Patty Nunn.

Fuzzy was a member of Long Valley Fire Dept, Washington Borough Fire Dept, Oxford Fire Dept., Lebanon Township Fire Dept. and also Washington Emergency Squad.

Fuzzy enjoyed spending time with family, attending tractor pulls with family, camping with family, catering picnics and pig roasts. He was incredibly lucky with instant scratch off lottery tickets.

Fuzzy was a very social individual and could strike up a conversation with anyone.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Warren Hills Memorial Home, 234 West Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882.  A memorial service celebrating Fuzzy's life will begin at 5:00 PM in the funeral home.
