Obituary of Charles F Bush Jr.

Charles F. Bush Jr., 85 a lifelong resident of Oxford, NJ passed away peacefully at home on May 21, 2023 while on hospice care with his loving family by his side. Charles was born on March 25, 1938 in Oxford, NJ to the late Charles F. and Dorothy "Fox" Bush Sr. He married his soulmate Rosemary "Sillett" in 1959. Charles owned and operated Bush's Towing Company in Oxford, NJ for many years. He was also employed as a maintenance mechanic for Valley View Estates before his retirement in 2017. Charles was a past member of the Oxford Volunteer Fire Company. He enjoyed scrapping and he could fix anything. He also loved his dogs. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Rosemary; his children, Frank Bush and his wife Suzane Voorhees, Jesse Bush, Debra Meyers, Cheryl Haney and Donna Williams; his sisters, Sandy Hoffman and Charleen Pels and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Bush, Ed Mohr and George Mohr; sisters, Shirley Frey and Louise Spangenberg. A son in-law, Raymond Haney III and a grandson, Jesse F. Bush. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday May 26, 2023 from 10 AM – 12 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Oxford, NJ.
