Obituary of Janet M. Mayberry

Janet M. Mayberry, 88, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2023 at the Slate Belt Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Bangor, PA. Janet was born on September 23, 1934 Northampton, PA to the late Byron and Alice "Miller" Stevens. Janet graduated from Washington High School class of 1952. Janet was employed as a Crossing Guard, a Meter Maid for the Borough of Washington and Abilities of NW Jersey. She enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband Neil until his passing in 2012. Janet is survived by a son, Jeffery Mayberry; 4 grandchildren, Jeffery Mayberry wife Cathy, Jamie Terpstra husband Steve, Lindsey Mayberry and Michael Minnick wife Stephanie, and 6 great grandchildren Emma, Ashley, Tyler, Christopher, Emma, Sam. In addition to her husband Neil, Janet was preceded in death by a daughter Debbie Lee Minnick husband Glen. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday February 15, 2023 from 11 AM – 12 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882.
