My condolences to the Carlson Family, I knew Phil for over 30 years from the dairy industry, first meeting him as the NYS inspections supervisor, and then working with him as a dairy consultant at Krinos Foods. There are so many nice adjectives to describe Phil, but at the top of the list would be knowledgeable, honest, sincere, interesting, very friendly and welcoming, and a real nice guy, whom I had the honor of meeting and knowing. Again my condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with the Family at this time.

Phil was a great person who had a special touch with anyone who came close to him. I worked with Philp at Hermany Farm in the same room for seven years. It was always a pleasure to listen and learn from him. Phil was my boss, my friend, and a major influence in my life, he was the man of principles and kindness, he helped everyone around him in any way he could. Phil, you will always be in my thoughts and prayers, I will never forget our time together.

Phil was the kindest, gentlest soul. He always made me laugh, made me feel so welcomed and loved. I have no words to express how sorry I am to hear of his passing. He has always had a special place in my heart and always will. I hope he is continuing to make everyone around him laugh and feel loved.
