Obituary of Allen W Orchulli

Allen W. Orchulli (Al), 73 of Hampton, NJ passed away peacefully on September 13, 2021 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital. Allen was born on September 6, 1948 in Phillipsburg, NJ to the late Helen Lefler. Allen attended school in Phillipsburg and Stewartsville. He moved to Hampton, NJ in 1988. He was employed as a coater for M&M Mars in Hackettstown retiring in 1994 and more recently as an Institutional Trades Instructor at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in Clinton, NJ retiring in 2014. He had also worked at Lipton and Burroughs in Flemington NJ. Al enjoyed life and lived it by his own terms. He was a friend to many that he had met. In his younger years he enjoyed skiing with the "BoB" family and being a member of the M&M bowling team. He enjoyed getting together with the "Ketchup Club" and facebooking his friends and former coworkers. Al enjoyed traveling the East Coast and going to casinos in the different states partaking of each casinos unique buffet. He thoroughly enjoyed his trip to San Diego in 2019 to visit with his son, daughter in law and grandson. He was extremely proud of their accomplishments and his grandsons soccer proficiency. The highlight of the trip was seeing Carter play in a soccer game. Las Vegas was an adventure of his dreams. He took in all the sights, Aerosmith live concert and Blue Men were all unforgettable. Al is survived by his loving wife, Faye Carling; a son, Allen Orchulli and his wife Stacy of Santee Ca., brothers, Donald Trimper and his companion Deborah of Walnutport, Pa. and Daniel Dick, wife Sally of Stockertown, Pa.; sister, Helen Vanya and husband Thomas of Phillipsburg, NJ; a grandson Carter Orchulli of Santee Ca.. as well as Drake and Lefler cousins. A mother in law, Joan Carling of Hampton NJ. Nieces, Jacquelyn Cudzil and Jennifer Fister. In addition to his mother, Allen was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Orchulli. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
