Obituary of Eve C Marks

Eve C. Marks, 59, of Washington Township, NJ passed away peacefully at home on May 1, 2017 with her loving family by her side.

Eve was born on December 24, 1957 in Goldap, Poland to the late Joseph and Zenona Romanowski.

Eve graduated from Ferris high school class of 1975. She attended St. Peters College in Jersey City, NJ. In addition to being a homemaker, Eve worked as a Reconciliations Analyst for Deutsche Bank until her retirement in 1994. She also worked for Bankers Trust/BT Alex Brown and Weichert Realty. Eve was a past Washington Township committee woman. She was a member of the Warren County Republican Woman's Club. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sappy Hallmark movies, anything related to Jane Austin and her grandchildren beyond belief.

Eve is survived by her loving husband of 37 years Thomas; a daughter Lisanne Canty and her husband Colin. Grandchildren Alex and Ciara Canty. Brother Adam Romanowski, Sister Ann Kurdyla, numerous nephews, nieces and great friends including her two honorary sisters, Diane Barbato and Jennifer Deweese:

Friends and family may pay their respects on Thursday May 4, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington, NJ 07882. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday May 5, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. 200 Carlton Ave. Washington, NJ. Interment will be at Somerset Memorial Park. Basking Ridge, NJ
