Obituary of Carol Scott

Carol Ann Scott, 79, a lifelong resident of Belvidere, NJ passed away peacefully on August 2, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Carol was born on June 25, 1937 in Stroudsburg, PA to the late Charles and Jean Lupin. Carol graduated from East Stroudsburg high school class of 1955. She was co-owner and helped operate Ainsworth Scott Buss Company in Belvidere, NJ. Her loving husband of 58 years Ainsworth passed away in 2013. Carol was a past member of the Belvidere Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She was the first female council women to serve on the Belvidere governing body. She enjoyed traveling, square dancing and her trips to the Luigi's Rancho in Belvidere. Carol cherished time spent with her family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving children, Daughter Gina DiMaio and her husband John, Her son Morris Scott and his wife Lauren; Sisters Rayma Oliver, Marion Reed and Grace Haleerman; Brothers Frank Lupin and Charles Lupin Jr. Grandchildren Sierra DiMaio and Brittani Wittmann and her husband Josh. Friend and family may pay their respects on Sunday August 7, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Warren Hills Memorial Home. 234 W. Washington Ave. Washington, NJ 07882. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Monday August 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Belvidere Cemetery. Donations may be made in Carol's name to The Shepherd's Fund, 798 Willow Grove St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Warren Hills Memorial Home.
